  • Account management: to create and manage your account.
  • Customer support: to answer questions, help you, and resolve issues.

  • Analytics and improvement: to understand how the Services are used and make them better.
  • Legal and compliance: to meet our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

03 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website counts its visits without cookies. When you open a page, we record which page it was, where your visit came from (for example Instagram, Google, or a link we shared), the language you read in, the kind of device, and the country and city your connection is in. For these counts your IP address and browser are turned into an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you, and they are not stored. We use the counts only to see how the website is used and to improve it. They are never sold or used for advertising.

Some features load services that may set cookies of their own: the booking calendar (Calendly) and the secure card form (MontyPay). You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

04 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in these situations:

  • With service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, email, and analytics.
  • With our payment provider, MontyPay, for secure payment processing.
  • With legal authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
  • As part of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent, for testimonials or marketing.

Every provider we work with is required to keep your data confidential and secure.

05 Data Retention and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We keep your data only for as long as we need it to:

  • Provide our Services
  • Meet legal and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce our agreements

06 Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:

  • Access: ask for details of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to fix data that is inaccurate.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your data, where the law allows it.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent for non essential uses of your data.
  • Portability: receive a copy of your data in a structured format.
  • Restrict processing: ask us to pause certain uses of your data.

To use any of these rights, email us at info@baseltayyan.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request.

07 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

08 International Transfers

If you use our Services from outside Jordan, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries where data protection laws differ from your own. Where this happens, we take steps to keep your information protected.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Please review it regularly.
